It's some people's gimmick to be annoying. Some of those people have posted here. I think it's pretty obvious who those people are, but I'll leave you all to your own devices.

An example is Jack Black, his overly confident below average looking guy schtick is pretty funny. However, as funny as he is, he is becoming annoying because you see him everywhere now.
