They're right, verbal does say it in Usual Suspects during the interigation. When Kujan first enters the room and mentions soze, verbal goes straight into the story. When he is done and Kujan asks him questions about whether he beleieves in Soze that's about the time I beleieve he says it.

As far as End Of Days probably he said it but End Of Days came out atleast 3 years later.
