I love Mexican food, but I defy someone to tell me the difference between: burrito, enchilada, fajita, soft taco, chimichanga, and all the other names.

Every fajita I've been given came with beans, rice, meat, peppers, and onions.
Every burritto I've been given came with beans, rice, meat, peppers, and onions

The only difference is that one is made for me, and one I have to make myself.

I have no idea what an enchilada is.

Soft taco, just seems like a mini burrito/enchilada/fajita.

But seriously, I could eat at Chipotle every day.
