I think there's something wrong with my screen

my screen's all fucked up. it's been this way for quite sometime. it used to come back to normal after a few minutes but it has been like this for the last couple of weeks. is there anything i can do to fix it or should i just get a new screen or new laptop?

get a laptop with a high resolution (1900x1200 or whatever it is) so you can play like 6 tables of pokerstars at once with no overlap
