Former "NYPD Blue" star Rick Schroder is joining the cast of Fox's "24," reports Variety.

Schroder has signed on for a regular role on the series, which returns for its sixth season next month. He'll play CTU operative Mike Doyle, teaming with Jack Bauer (Kiefer Sutherland) to pull off key field operations.

Other new cast members include Chad Lowe, Regina King, Powers Boothe, Peter MacNicol, James Cromwell, Kal Penn and David Hunt.

then January 11 is a new episode and then January 18th with be the ultimate episode of the season titled "Justice" which will feature clark, green arrow, flash, cyborg and aquaman. they should just form some sort of league or something huh?
