my point since the beginning. you are just jerking off to yourself. thank you for finally admitting it.
I love him. He's like those happy old people who become known for sitting by the side of a busy street and waving to passing cars. People drive by regularly and beep just to see him and get him to wave to them.
That's just like our Arpi... except he doesn't wave or anything. He just says mean things to you.

I agree with you. Your point has been the same since the beginning. Yes, that is correct. Since 2002, you got the same rap, it's the same old one-trick pony type deal minus the pussy trolling. You were 2-D but now you're 1-D short...and I credit myself for that.
But I know you though: You're consistent, persistent, yet harmlessly goofy and you're all of that...all at the same time. No content though but hey... we take what we can get nowadays around here. So I tolerate you.
It's almost like when a King hires some buffoon to hang around & heckle him. It brings me joy but moreover it's an honor to have been picked out by a man of your calibur to receive the famous "arpi treatment". And that's saying alot as I don't take to people very easily especially when they glue themselves to my ass.
So consider my ass your own personal parking lot, pal!
They better get in wack before I retire to go live beach-side or I'm building a giant sandcastle. I'll use a great big dumpster like it's one of them little plastic beach buckets, fill it with wet sand from right at the edge of the ocean, carve out my bedroom and then get cable and internet hooked up.
Housing prices have been out of whack since the 80s. They have gone up straight for 30 years. It's been ridiculous. But they've also kind of been going up for 50 years. Housing just seems to always go up; though not quite this much.
Are house prices really that much far out of line with like...EVERYTHING else that one can buy with money? Does a fucking quarter even buy you a game of Ms. Pac-Man anymore? I haven't been to an arcade in at least 10 years.
Anyway the point is "inflation" or whatever is across the board....right? I can't live in Snickers bar wrapper...sure ...but I guess the percentages on little things like that are maybe no different than escalating house prices. Or no?
Yeah. How come like, a comic book used to cost 10 cents, and now its like five dollars, how come inflation never seems to deflate, even when we have periods of good economic growth. It just seems like the price of stuff goes up, so then they pay us more money to even it out, and then stuff goes even higher, so they pay us more. Why not just not do that?
