The theory that seemed the most convincing was; The Oral Polio Vacc. that was being administered over there was grown using monkey livers instead of Chicken embryos...

There were a few articles about that in some medical journals, too. I think it was The New England Journal of Medicine or J.A.M.A. It makes alot of sense to me, as well.
