SIRIUS PUTS BOSS ON DIAL

Sirius Satellite Radio plans to announce today the launch of an around-the-clock Bruce Springsteen channel.
The channel, to be called E Street Radio, will debut Nov. 1 - about two weeks before the release of a highly-anticipated anniversary box set of the album "Born to Run."
The Sirius channel comes following a blockbuster new record deal Springsteen recently signed with SonyBMG's Columbia Records label — the details of which were first reported in The Post.
