| Psychopath Registered: Mar. 01 | Wow Grk. When I was growing up, I, like all of us at times I'm sure, thought all kinds of bad things about my dad and how he dealt with me. Looking back after hearing many stories like yours and a few more years of maturity(?), I realize my parents were nothing but good to me. At worst, a little overprotective. I don't have any great words of advice to cheer you up or give you perspective, but I want to thank you greatly for reminding of my perspective. I owe my dad a great debt of thanks for steering me the best he could and giving me every opportunity I needed. I just wish he was still around so I could say that to his face. Grk, I hope for your future happiness and that of your young brother that one day your father will come to realize exactly what he's taken from you both and make the effort to give it back.
