I later found out she was seeing him on the side behind my back, and felt the need to let me go so I wouldn't get hurt if I found out - meanwhile, I'm getting ready to buy this girl a diamond ring - no joke! How did it end? Lets just say I got out my Daisy pump-action BB gun, drove by her car not once but twice that very same night, blew out two windows on her car. Was it the right thing to do? Probably not, but did I care? Hell no. Now ten years later I am about to marry the most wonderful woman I have ever met in my life, and looking back, I wouldn't have done a damn thing different - let her go fbd, shes not worth the energy it would take you to take a leak. You'll find one too, it just takes time and patience. In the mean time, don't make the mistake I made - get out there and meet women, date, get laid, etc. Life is way to short not to. People will tell you to forget her etc. and I know you're thinking easier said then done but believe it or not a month from now you'll be asking yourself why did that even matter? I broke up with someone in early April and it was tough (especially since I still see him all the time) but I met up with him on Monday and I gotta tell you I looked him right in the eye and thought to myself "Whatever did I see in you?" He said he hated me, hoped I died and wanted me to get hit by a bus! lol (Yeah and he calls ME the pyscho....talk about things that make you go hmmmmmmm) And all I could do was laugh. Now I'm dating someone else and although I'm really not sure what's going on with that I feel 100 times better than I did this time last month... Just give it time and whatever you do DON'T let her think she's gotten to you. No matter how you're feeling let her think you could care less (That really drives 'em nuts!!)
