When i was in high school i used to think of all other races as assholes. But now i realize that everyone can, will or has been a victom of racisim one way or the other. To keep it short-- who gives a rats ass. I was in a suburban region, maybe 60 kids... and yeah, we had our "token", but this was the 70s, and blacks had just started to develop some economic growth and muscle. Fast forward 20 years later and I'm in a much rural region, but the black population was 10% - 15%. Oh, yeah, not one black person living in the trailer parks. Maybe it's about my attitude, people are more influence by their environment then by their genes, but this is an attitude that I have adapted: Suburbs are generally desired neighborhoods. There is nothing "white" about them. "We" just got there first, but there is nothing but economics keeping anyone out. 42 | ||||
