I wish the ticket was void, but while at court, the prosecutor ammended EVERYTHING until it was to their liking. In theory, the ticket should be void, but as I found out by experience, it won't help someone in court. Shes was under investigation for just an 'undeserved summons' but the NJSP changed that later to 'falsifying records','professional misconduct','misleading statements' and probably perjury after she decided to do so in court... I've sat with 2 investigators, we reviewed a lot of shit, we even watched the videotape of the traffic stop and you can hear her lies spewing from her trap. People here on this site can call me what they may, I can give two shits about it (its actually kinda fun), But all the shit I wrote is 100% accurate. Believe me, if it wasn't, I'd be opening a case of slander against myself by my own state police force. I have all documents and court transcripts to back my F U.. I continue to say F U to logic boy, cause he's the biggest f'n idiot on this site (it seems).. and voodude, she did catch me within 3 miles, but the problem is to pace someone you have to follow them for a period of time and keep the same distance between both your vehicles. So with your calculations, you again only prove that the statements this cop made in court and wrote in her notes on her ticket are false (re. followed suspects vehicle for over a mile, in center lane, staying 6-7 carlengths behind vehicle) Its all a lie... I'm not gonna sit here and explain the entire scenerio, I gave my F U and am just defending myself. So FUCK Ya'LL who feels they know the truth, when they don't know LUMPY SHIT !!! | ||||

The ticket was written out for 8 0 M P H, not 6 5 M P H.... If I was written out a ticket for 65 in a 55, I'd a paid the Fucking thing... But the sad fact is, no one gets ticketed for 65mph because that area of the highway people drive that at the slowest speed. Even the officer wrote the ticket for 80 in a 6 5 cause SHE even thought it was 65... Are you this woman officers sister? Cause you both are sounding like the same dumb fucking broad... But , thats right, I'm the complete asshole since I didn't just pay the fine and move on.. Let the cops bend you over and take it... I'm not gonna take it.. Next time you steal a 50 cent candy bar from the store, I hope they charge you for stealing a $1,000 stereo also... You didn't do it right? But you DID steal something, so just pay the fine and do the time for a Bogus charge, right?? That is your logic, either you realize it or not.. | ||||
