Ok sure that is why I have seen Talon & Eclipe's go 11's constantly in the quarter. The more extreme imports go in the high 9's and low 10's.

The bottom line, you can make any car go faster then the next if you want to put the money into it. But its a lot easier to make a Talon / Eclipse run in the 11's then a muscle car.
