Slash did not say ONCE that he was going, all he did was make the plans. if you really wanted to now if he was going, then how come not one of you asked him if he really was? and like Moron said, how come i wasn't banned for saying that i was actually going and never showed eh? ahhh yet another case of teh funney gone bad....this fucking place has more bullshit drama then a high school party.

Fuck off Slash. I really cannot believe you are playing innocent and for that you truly are an asshole.

I think it all started with the Declaration of Independence -- the idea that we had the inalienable rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. That pursuit is what took America from the revolution to the computer age in 200 years. But the progress has come at a price. The obvious being the people that were exploited to make it possible; the not so obvious being us, the first group of people that were given no obvious frontiers to conquer. We hear stories that about the good old days that don't seem to apply anymore. It's a generation gap that leaves us without role models. But the bright side is that without role models, there are no roles. Maybe that's what the 60s were all about -- getting rid of the roles. But what do we replace them with? Without any guidance, what do we replace them with? Without any guidance, the choices become overwhelming. Sometimes it just makes everything feel hopeless. So we destroy our bodies in the search of an ideal. Try to salvage relationships that don't work. We feel we must do something, instead of doing something that we feel. It is the prison of self-imposed momentum, and the sad part is that we get used to it. It reminds me of a song I heard the other day. It's called "The Going Nowhere Fast." But the people I have met here have shown me another side of Nowhere. They've pointed out the beautiful irony that stagnation makes it easy to stop and smell the roses, if we just let it. What would we be if we had nothing to rebel against? Well we could finally be ourselves, the first group of people who stopped looking for the answers long enough to appreciate the questions. And all we have to do is to make our own Declaration of Independence. We can embrace the right to life and liberty by simply realizing that happiness exists -- not to pursue, but to accept. After that the only challenge would be to make sure with the rest of our lives that we weren't just another fad. I don't know, it's an idea. What do you think?

I give up on this place. At the very least I would of thought in BTS we would of treated each other with a little of respect. I guess Internet life is complete different then reality. We can arrange parties on Internet life and not show up. In reality (real fucking life people which we live in) people would loose friends or at least they would say their sorry.

I am sorry I guess I am the only person that actually tries to treat people with respect back here and most of the time on the board. I just assumed people would do that to me. Guess not on Internet life.

A: Yeah, the fact that Slash organized it had me thinking that MAYBE he'd be showing up.

B: The way he went about it left it fairly vague as to wether or not he actually intended to show.

C: Slash "showing" at gatherings is SUCH a TOG that if you weren't at least prepared for the possibility of it being a goof maybe you need to brush up on your sarcasm.

D: Did Slash at ANY point actually post that he would be there? NO, he didn't. So get your panties unbunched or go back to kindergarden where you belong. Jesus christ some people need to learn to take a fucking joke.

All in all this shouldn't be a "I've lost any respect" issue, because quite frankly that's just babyish. You should instead be admitting he had you fooled in good faith, ala "Good one Slash, ya got me".

Why this is a major issue truly amazes me. And before I forget, who is going to step up and admit they banned slash? Because obviously slash was banned because of a "personal" slight that someone felt because of what he did. And if I'm not mistaken, "personal" issue banning was outlawed on this board. So, who's going to step up and admit he did it, or do the rest of us not deserve the respect of finding out? Because after all that is the original point of this thread no?

In all actuality, I was just organizing a night out for you guys. I knew that I was least likely to be the one to set something like this up, and that's why I did it. I never really had TOG in mind when I posted it, because, in all honesty, I, after all this time, don't expect people not to see a TOG for what it is. This was the whole premise of me 'organizing/planning' GS'Birthday party.

Thanks for seeing it in the right light, Magus, I owe ya a sloppy blowjob. Wait, ya never showed up to meet me and TFEC for the roadshow, fuck you, man... I lost any respect that I had for you 10 months ago... WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE.

Face, now why should Buttmunch start admitting what he does after all this time? Thjat would be just plain silly.

[Erkel]Did I say thaaatt?[/Erkel]

I also, as MotleyCrue, had 3 of my threads deleted, and 1 moved to the WDILT Forum.

I will paraphrase a quote from above -

quote:

SLASH posted, in regards to Buttmunch:

...I lost any respect that I had for you when you refused to answer questions back here many months ago that was directly asked of you. You know damn well that you read the question aimed at you, but, you cited all the gay talk between Gonzo and myself as a reason that you didn't even read the thread. You lied about that, by using that as an excuse, and you accuse me of not being a straight shooter?...

Congratulations, Buttmunch, now you don't have to answer, I gave you an out; I offered Magus a sloppy blowjob.

If I don't get to reply here 'till later tonight or tomorrow, I just want to go on record that I am not avoiding this thread. If someone makes a comment directed at me, I will reply, just maybe not right away.

No thanks Slash.

Faceman, I banned him. For approximately 24 hours. I didn't do it in secret.

I hope you had fun playing the puppet master Slash. You got me.

It is interesting to know that respect is something you so easily relinquish.

Don’t get me wrong, I am not fighting to uphold the restraints that give protection to rights fully accrued upon facts so nearly permanent as to be substantially impervious to change, rather I am for the supervision of changing conduct or conditions and are thus provisional or tentative.
