| O&A Board Regular Registered: Jan. 01  | Now that Rangers inked Holik (a big move), they have 6 centers on their roster (including Messier, who either has, or is about to sign a 1 yr deal), and their best prospect is a centerman (Ludmark). Do they deal Nedved, or try shifting him again to wing? Lyashenko probably goes to Hartford (although he is a group II). Will Messier accept 4th line status? (this beats Mets talk right now)  2002 Crack Committee Objectives: (modified version)(You gotta try and believe....) 1.Hate the Braves with PASSION and extreme prejudice 1a. Try and go a week without having to punch a wall in frustration after watching the Mets play 2. 90 Wins and somehow get the Mets into playoffs this year 3. All 5 Starters have winning records this year 3a.Have team understand it is OK to get a hit with runners on base. 4. Mets win World Series (after divine intervention) | ||||

| Psychopath Registered: Jun. 01 | I know its only July and the season doesn't start till at least october, but is anybody else getting psyched for the home opener? I'm hoping this doesn't turn into a disaster like the mets offseason. Bringing in all this talent just to fall flat on there faces. Holik,Kasparitus, Bringing Richter back. A healthy Dvorak. Lindros and Bure for a whole season. And the possibility of bringing back Amonte? Looks like I'll be calling up to order MSG.... VOS IS ABOUT AS FUNNY AS GETTING A PAPERCUT ACROSS THE TIP OF YOUR MULE AND THEN DIPPING IT IN LEMON JUICE!!!! | ||||

| O&A Board Regular Registered: Aug. 01 | Lol. I'm excited too, my baseball season is going nowhere so I can't wait until football and hockey start. Hopefully the Mets are the last victim of a brutal sports year for alot of New Yorkers (Mets suck, Rangers sucked, Jets sucked, and Knicks sucked)... :rolleyes: Now with something that resembles a defense maybe we can play good hockey on both ends of the rink. | ||||

| O&A Board Regular Registered: Dec. 00 | yeah what the hell is this signing of Donato? Do we really need this guy. This is an aging mediocre player, this is the thing we are supposed to be getting away from. This is Zdeno Ciger all over again. And by signing Donato they better not be in a situation where they cant afford Amonte. We dont need Ted Donato, case closed.  | ||||
