This is going to be all over the place. My personal theory is that the father of the kid that Palmer's son killed is trying to kill him. I was thinking maybe it's set up by one of the agents he turned in for being "dirty." His boss said at the beginning that's the only reason Jack was trusted with the inside info, he's known to rat out his coworkers. | ||||

I'd heard that maybe the terrorists weren't trying to kill Senator Palmer, but his son, since they always just said "Palmer", but today, they DEFINATELY said David Palmer. | O&A Board Veteran Registered: Sep. 00 | i'm with OAA, it was definitely a slower episode- almost wrapping up some of the plotlines. That isn't to say I didn't enjoy it- just that it was a tad slow-ish. I hope the show regains the original momentum it had at the start. "It appears my wee wee has been strucken with rigor mortis." | Psychopath Registered: Sep. 00 | Wow i musta watched a diferent show then you guys did. I taped it so i could watch the Devil Ranger game (Devils WIN!!!!!!!). SSo i sat down smoked a huge bowl and before i knew the show was over. The suspense I think keeps the show moving so fast. Although the pace with Palmer is always a little slower every week to get your heart rate down a little. For some reason I still dont trust that women Jack has been callin every week. Prbably nothin but she just seems to act weird. "My girlfreinds mom still hasent been born!" | ||||

The scenes with david palmer and his family are seeming to drag a little bit , but they are main characters so they have to have them in about half the show.. next weeks episode looks like there will be some new plots (second assasin). | Psychopath Registered: Sep. 00 | The plan was for Palmer to be killed and Jack to be framed for it so they both could be taken out at the same time. They made a lot of references early on about how Jack was disliked in the agency because he turned corrupt people in and that Walsh guy got popped. Somehow people inside the government, the guys who will do anything to help Palmer win, and the Yugoslav connection are either battling each other or they are on the same team. Can't figure out which one because cases can be made for both. Note: I love how they gave the impression early on that Palmer and Gaines were important, but it turned out they were just puppets. 2nd Note: This is what the X-Files should have been insteading dragging the damn story out for 9 years. | ||||

It is nice to see a real and not happy ending wind up on TV. Great fucking show. Can't wait til next year, where I assume he will go for revenge. | ||||
