And, I know there are people out there who get on their high horse and stay at 55 in the left lane as some kind of moral statement because "it's the speed limit." That's not your fucking job! Leave it for the cops, you pretentious bastards. The highways are not a soapbox. People driving too slow cause more accidents than speeders... Help those that need it. Join IBC. Also, we have to thank the AARP & it's strong lobby to prevent mandatory retesting of these old gomers!!! They say that it's age discrimination. Now I am apologizing in advance, but I also don't like to drive behind most women; they usually seem to go too slow and don't follow the courtesy of moving to the right to allow passing. DR. | Psychopath Registered: Dec. 00 | I was on Rt 107 in Glen Cove and I was heading south to Sunrise Hwy. Now 107 that far up north is 1 lane in both directions and the speed limit is 45. I was doing deliveries and I've kinda got a schedule to keep, but unfortunately I couldn't keep that schedule for some asshole in front of me was doing 25 mph from 107 and rt 25A to rt 135. Now if you're from LI and you know 107, thats a pretty long haul. Well none the less a 20 minute ride turned into almost an hour of absolute torture. Not only that but when I hit the ramp for 135, this douche decides he wants to get on 135 also and proceeds to almost cut off the nose of my van! Never in my life did I ever wish so badly for a monster truck than at that very moment! Instead of a 5 year liscense , they should get it for one year. And should be taught to drive in the right lanes  Forgotten but not gone(Im still here-God damn it) | ||||
