O&A Board Regular Registered: Jul. 00	Ashley, You need to separate yourself from the Tragedy somewhat. Don't watch the news all the time. It's unhealthy and unnecessary. I personally just read the NY Times every morning and nothing else. I don't watch the news, I don't read anything else. Pick one paper or one news program a day and read or watch that. All the news channels do is extend 30 mins of actual news into 24 hours of hype and repetition. Next, make an extra effort to spend quality time with friends and family. Enjoy your life even more than you did before. Sitting home watching CNN and worrying will do nothing to change the news coming in. Living your own life to the fullest is a positive way to honor the memories of those who died. Try new things. Go out and party. Drink. Have lots of sex. Do anything that makes you happy. O&A Board Regular Registered: Oct. 00	I would go even further than Dan said, and check out news at your own pace. I cruise news sites once a day, read the stories I want, ignore the others (mostly the anthrax ones). But it's probably going to take quite a bit longer to be able to look at downtown Manhattan - and see nothing - without feeling something about it. No more droogs for me, for adoption is over.
