The only reason you pulled me over is because you were embarassed that you were being a tool!!! FUCK YOU!!!!! And if/when I get my ticket in the mail, I can't wait to see you explain to the judge why you punched my fucking car window when you came up to my car!!! FUCK YOU!!!! | Hanger-On Registered: Jan. 70 | Being a black man in the world today, I dread getting pulled over by an unmarked car. It has not happened to me yet **knocking on wood**, but if it does, I'm gonna have to call 9-1-1 on the celly, and request a marked car come to the scene before I pull over. It might get me arrested, but I don't trust cops anyway, and especially when they can not be identified as cops.

If not you might just have to eat the ticket. Unfortunatly tools like that give the rest of us a bad name. -My boss is an f'n tool- | ||||

| Psychopath Registered: Jan. 01 | Did he write you up there, or cut you without handing you a ticket? If he did not hand you a ticket, you won't get one in the mail. And if he did punch your window, he probably wouldn't show up for court anyway. Plead not guilty, show up to court with as many details as you can remember about the incident. And if you have any friends on the job where this happened, you may want to see if they know this tool-sometimes people can be convinced to be sick the day of the hearing. | ||||

He sat in his car for about 30-60 seconds, came back & said I'd get the ticket in the mail. I think he was off duty & got Road rage like everyone else, so he pulled me over to scare the shit out of me. Especially since the guy in front of me went around him on the right, cut him off & took off down the road at about 80 mph. By teh time I got around him, he was probably soo pissed for looking like a tool, he had to take it out on someone. Fuck him. I hope I get a ticket so I can watch him explain to the judge why he punched my window when he walked up to the car. I think I'll start carrying an audio or video recorder in my car from now on.... | O&A Board Regular Registered: Oct. 00 | Can anyone back me up on this... NY State no longer uses unmarked cars for traffic enforcement. This is because there was a rash of incidents of cars using blue lights to pull over cars and then car-jacking the pulled over car. Now, Rog, you could have been in NJ or Conn, but if it was in NY, I wouldn't expect a ticket.  "I use you for good board I'm not your friend" Guided by Dryblood. | ||||

Just don't run from the cops, signal in some way that you are going to a different area to pull over. Thats by mandate of the Governor. If they do give you a ticket for refusing to pull over, it will get reversed if you explain why. Again that's as long as you don't run and make it seem that you are trying to escape. | ||||
