| Psychopath Registered: Nov. 00  | Im just watching the Buffalo/Pittsburgh game and they have a commercial for the NHL right before they drop the puck. Its about overtime hockey showing a montage of goals scored in the playoffs this year. Its set to that stupid ass song Ive heard a billion times "Hanging by a Moment". Anyway, I see Toronto players scoring a bunch of times. I see the Kings twice. I see Mike Modano scoring a goal for the Stars. I see Pitssburgh twice. Oh, and the defending Stanley Cup champs? You get to see the back of Sykora's jersey. If you werent a fan of the Devils, you probably wouldnt even know what team he played for. The best team in hockey this year (supposedly) and defending Stanley Cup champs cant get some representation in the NHL commercial?? FU NHL. | ||||

| O&A Board Regular Registered: Jan. 01 | Hey, as far as the rest of the CoUNTry is concerned, New Jersey is the arm-pit of America. This state will never get the respect it deserves. It is, and always will be, considered a corridor between New York City and Philadelphia. The Jets and Giants don't even want to be labeled as Jersey teams. What the fuck is that about!?! They are the only teams to play outside of where they hail from. Would it make sence to call the San Diego Padres, the Mexico Padres? Close enough right? I know it's a tired argument, but it's a good example of how New Jersey is looked over. | ||||
