Psychopath Registered: May. 01	A huge F-U to my boss. He just came back from a week's vacation in Vegas. He's broke, but depends on his girlfriend (also the office manager) for everything. We have no medical benefits (because they can't afford them) and he hardly ever pays his employees on time, or in full. He strolls into the office around 11 a.m., takes lunch from about 12:30 til 2:00 and then expects everyone to cover for his sorry ass, and rush around to finish the shit he finally feels like working on around 3:00 (I leave at 4). He's constantly late for Court and other appointments, even when he has us call to delay them. He claims HIS watch is right because it's set to "atomic time". Whatever the hell that is. But I guess everyone else must be wrong. Damn us! He's also partners with his brother and the two of them scream at each other like 10 year olds. It's f'ing pathetic. The kicker is that he didn't take care of any of his work before he left on vacation (and left us all scrambling to make up excuses for him), but now that he's back walks around and screams at us that "I CAN'T WORK THIS WAY!" because no one wants to stay late for him anymore, yet he ignores us when we tell him the things that need to get done. We're there faithfully at 9:00 a.m....with no benefits, no perks, and half the time no pay! He's a fuckin' ass. The only saving grace is that the people I work with are cool. If they weren't, I'd be crazy by now. Guess I should stop whining and really start looking for a new job, but I don't want to lose my vacation time before the summer. Oh well, at least I feel a little better since I had the chance to vent! :) Proud Adoptee of Brokenjaw

Psychopath Registered: May. 01	I've actually been looking since before Christmas, but can't find anything in my area that pays what I'm making. It really sucks. I would NEVER quit without having something else lined up though. Proud Adoptee of Brokenjaw

O&A Board Regular Registered: Jan. 01	I am so there. My boss is a total ass. When he actually works, half the work winds up fucked up, cause he wont take the time to do it right, or is on the phone the whole time, not actually doing anything. In the mean time claiming to know everything, and pissing everybody off with his lying, weasling, bullshit. With todays market, have a job ready before you leave. I have 2 more years of dues to pay, and if he isn't gone, I am! Some people think I'm a psycho, everybody else knows it!
