| Psychopath Registered: May. 01 | Caz, I know of what you speak. I am also a single mom, and it's not an easy job. My ex sends his support faithfully, but doesn't make an effort to be involved in his son's life. He sees him every other weekend, but as time goes by, the time he actually has him is becoming less and less. To boot, he doesn't really set a very good example for his son. My son is actually more mature than his father. LOL. In the end, it will come back to bite my ex in the ass. My son will realize that his father was never there for him. It will be my ex's loss in the long run. You just have to do the best you can for both of you. It's a tough, mostly thankless job, but you can do it. And it will be soooo worth it in the end when you see your son become a better man than his father ever was. Just make sure you take the time to take care of yourself as well as him. Hang in there, and if you ever need to talk or vent, email me.  | ||||
