Fuck the fact that I gotta go to court on Tuesday in front of some Vermont judge (who's probably fisting his ass underneath his robe) and plead guilty to felony, yes FELONY, posession of marijuana because some pussy made the law that posession of greater than two ounces is a felony in Vermont. Fuck the people who made pot illegal. Fuck Harry Anslinger and his 1930's "Reefer Madness" campaign. Why do these motherfuckers have to control other peoples lives? Can't they just not smoke pot and keep their fucking cakeholes shut and mind their own goddamn business? I've got no problem with someone's decision not to smoke, but do they gotta ruin it for everyone else? Fuck the University of Vermont police officer who searched my dorm room, and fuck the douchebag who signed the warrant. Fuck fingerprints, mugshots, and handcuffs. Fuck the fact that they took all my weed, pipes, bongs, and anything else they could get their grubby hands on. And lastly, fuck my roommate who pulled out on his half of the quantity and completely douched me, if he woulda fessed up to his half I'd only have a misdemeanor. And when they were discussing which drugs should be illegal they even thought about Caffeine which shows you how much they knew. Oh, and my court date was tuesday, and I got that shit reduced to a misdemeanor! Fuckin A. I got caught once with two xtc pills, and all I got was a warning...well, the cops took the pills too... but who cares. Weed is not even hard-drugs, it's not even chemical... How much trouble would someone who is stoned out of his mind give... I think a drunk person is much more anoying. Hope they legalize it soon, and get it over with... It would save everyone alot of time... why waste all that time in court? It's legal here, and there are no extra problems or anything, you just smoke it where it's alowed, and those places are plenty here. | Psychopath Registered: Jan. 01 | Sounds like UVM. Burlington Court? Who was the Judge, Coopersmith or the new woman? That's the thing that sucks about UVM, the security is Vermont State Police. Kind of funny though across the street from City Hall in Burlington is a head shop. Sorry to hear about that. That's why we never had more then an ounce on us at a time, too risky to buy more. The misdemeanor isn't bad though, don't have to put it on job apps and you really have to try hard to get in trouble again. | Psychopath Registered: Jan. 01 | You don't know Dr. Bob? Are you in Burlington? If you are turn on channel 15, public access, Tuesdays at 4:00pm. It runs for an hour. He does a legalization show. He sites a lot of medical reasons and legal reasons why it should be legal, it is not just some idiot rambling off at the mouth. The show is even better because he is a research proffessor at UVM. He does work in microbiology, specifically DNA helix research. It is a really interesting show. Sometimes he has guest on like writers for High Times and such. The University knows his views, takes the stand that its his private life, and leaves him alone. He also bring in a ton of research grants to the school because of how good he is in his field. He had won UVM awards and patents on a bunch of things. He takes call in, if you haven't seen it its worth the hour of your life. Whenever they have the rallies at City Hall Park he is always one of the speakers. Kwyjibo I have no patience for stupid people!! I don't know if you parents would go for it or if you would want to, but if you like it you can always apply at one of the other schools up there. UVM and SMC are really close together and if its a misdemeanor you don't have to put it on your app. Whatever you do the whole situation blows, its safer then alchohol for cigerrettes and yet its illegal.
