I am still disabled because of you pricks,since 5/29/01( making me move a 100 lb coffee urn when I only weigh a buck fifteen)and will be for the rest of my life. I want you to burn down and die. I would just stand there and laugh while the flames licked at your body, and melted your skin and hair. Not that that's likely, but the words "paralysis" and "loss of control" at 24 are for me on a daily basis. Fuck You. The chances of me going to Kosovo after I graduate from the MP academy are slim to none because you've cost me my military career. The ARMY kind of discharges you because you can't do physical things. Fuck you for ruining my dreams of ever getting into the forensics dept. of the FBI because guess what? You need full usage of your spine to pass the test.SO FUCK YOU I WILL GET MINE ONEDAY SOON. PS Just a small disclaimer: If you havent met me and you havent talked to me Dont fucking Defile this.Its a Fuck You and if ya dont like it oh well. | ||||

| O&A Board Regular Registered: Nov. 00 | One simple word: LAWSUIT. They don't stand a chance. There are all kinds of labor laws about this kind of thing. I knew guys who worked in a warehouse. The job descriptions all said they weren't allowed to lift anything by themselves that weighed more than a certain amount and had to wear lifting belts (like weihtlifters wear) whenever they picked up ANYTHING. Don't know what your job description was, but I'm sure lifting 100 pound objects by yourself wasn't in it. They had NO LEGAL RIGHT to make you do that, and if they had fired you for refusing, you could have sued them for that too. See a lawyer as soon as possible if you haven't already. | Psychopath Registered: Jan. 01 | Just wanted to say that I am permanently disabled. I have a pinch in my spinal cord due to heavy pressure from the outer area of the disc that has herniated and torn, in between the L2 and L3 vertebret. This is the part of the cord that has control over bowel and bladder functions as well as causes permanent paralysis from something as simple as a cough as far as the military goes, they are proceeding with doing a medical chapter which is an honorable discharge but after seven years of hard work I am unable to continue being a soldier. As far as the forensics field goes, no dice. I had my heart set on working for the FBI or the PD but as of now and the future, I am facing surgery and a long road to recovery. Just say a prayer please. | ||||
