| Psychopath Registered: Oct. 00 | I definitly agree with you here. I don't drink excessivly too often, but Tuesday was a "let's shit on lynda as much as we can" day and I was really upset. I know I know.. drinking doesn't solve anything.. it made me feel like shit in the long run, but thank god it doesn't happen often. The last time I can remember feeling even remotely like this was like 3 summers ago.  I just can't believe all the things people say. Why must I deal with this shit every fucking day. grr i can't stand this broken line stuff. | ||||

Take three excedrin migrain tablets with some type of solid food approximately a half hour prior to drinking. If you are allergic to aspirin then I advise you take Tylenol. For those of you who do not want to take my advice, for whatever reason, then the morning after you drink alcohol drink lots of juices and take a Vitamin C suppliment if your diet falls short of your daily intake. To avoid hangovers, avoid alcohol. other than that? tough titties.  | ||||

| O&A Board Regular Registered: Sep. 00 | I love how everyone has their own "cures" for hangovers...I know they suck, but there really is no secret to get rid of them The only thing that really works is time. Drinking water helps because alcohol dehydrates you, and the Asprin/Tylenol/Advil quells the headache a bit, but the only thing that will get you back to your old self is time. That's why I usually use the Counting Crows method. I spend the next day getting sober, hiding from daylight, watching TV.  I can levitate birds. No one cares. | ||||

The acetaminophen or however the fuck that is spelled, has been clinically proven to do liver damage when mixed with alcohol. Only to find out you have a briefing with the Wing Commander at 0900, giving you exactly an hour and a half to sober up and get ready.
