| Hanger-On Registered: Aug. 01  | Here is a big FU to the non-profit organizations I volunteered at and donated a few hours of my time to get their computers online. LEAVE ME ALONE ALREADY! Jeez, I did this work 8 months ago and you call me all day during the day at work, all through the evening and on the damn weekends to do more and more. It wouldn't be so bad to do more, but you are only open between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. I work for a living! I can't burn my vacation time, since its supposed to be used to do what I want with. There are enough retired people around there with some basic knowledge who can help out. I am tired of showing you that the Enter key is right above the Shift key. Take a damn intro to computers class. FU to you for using me. And another FU to myself for letting myself get used. | ||||

They scream poverty all the time yet the guy at the top lives like a king in the name of good will. Try working in the real world with 7:00am meetings and working until 8:00pm. If you want it pay for it!!!.

Translantion: I hear what you are saying, and understand where you are coming from but hence the name Non-profit. I hope seriously you didn't think all along the word was hens and not hence! This is obviously a guy who has never volunteered at a non-profit before. Non-profits are great, but the point is when they keep going back to the same person for months and years later for more and more free professional services, it gets out of control. They suck advice and work out of their members who are lawyers, computer professionals, accountants, teachers, etc. | ||||

| Psychopath Registered: Jul. 01 | It could be worse, you could have the American Red Cross and the blood mobile people after you. Those bastards bruised my arm HORRIBLY the one time I went to give blood and then took an extra pint (I think) because I was A negative. I was asleep for a day and a half while my body recovered from the blood letting. Then they had the nerve to call me for two years after that trying to get me to give more blood. I just kept telling them I got a new tattoo or I was out of country and had sex with Mexican prostitutes. they stopped calling after a while. But the hassle to give, give, give just fuckin' sucked. | ||||
