| Hanger-On Registered: Nov. 01  | Oh great, my choices are now to listen to fake radio from Rocko on WAAF or fake radio from O & A on WBCN. Oh look! We got a letter from Sony with a cease and desist order! Bullshit. Whoever doesn't think Sony and O&A made a deal to play a few tracks from the new Korn album are as retarded as Rocko's listeners. For Opie and Anthony to even suggest that they are doing it against Sony's wishes is an insult to radio listener's intelligence everywhere. When i heard they were coming back to Boston, i thought O&A would be a nice change, but it turns out they're just another corporate tool. Pretty soon they're going to be flying a banner over Yankee Stadium to replace Norton. | ||||

The one from Tool was shown on toolshed.down.net (the (un)official website of tool). Speaking of TOOL, their new video will be out soon. for the song Parabol(a). | Hanger-On Registered: Nov. 01 | No way, Froy. If they were real, the company that employs O&A would be sued up the ass by Sony, and the costs of keeping O&A on the air would exceed the expenses. If O&A are still on the air in a week, we know it's fake. I'm just waiting for the time that O&A break into their bosses office and steal tickets for the next big concert then steal the KROC bus. | ||||

| Psychopath Registered: Jan. 01 | It is real. Sony could sue, but they may not win. Sony would also have legal costs ie lawyers. The costs of the lawyers could be more then they may get out of it. Sony would have to prove that O&A playing the songs would have an effect on the album sales. Thats not hard to do & if they were even able to prove that, it would only be to a certain amount. The money they may wind up getting could be less then what they pay the lawyers so a lawsuit can be pointless. Also Infinity is a hue company with lots of $$, they can fight it, if O&A worked for a small mom & pop company, for one they wouldn't be syndicated and it would be a different story This message was edited by slap nut on 4-2-02 @ 4:49 PM | ||||
