| O&A Board Regular Registered: Jan. 01  | i thought i'd make this thread as a place for people to ask for and give advice about fantasy football. ok here's my question: my running backs are edgerrin james, ricky williams, warrick dunn, and michael bennett. williams is up against a pretty good buffalo defense, while dunn is playing dallas's horrible run defense. obviously i'm starting james no matter who he's playing, but do you think i should play dunn over williams? the guy i'm playing is starting faulk and priest holmes. i figure faulk and james will cancel each other out, and either dunn or williams will do better than holmes. any advice would be appreciated.  | ||||

| Psychopath Registered: May. 01 | Tough call but I would go with Ricky cause at least they have faith to run him at close yardage. Dunn needs to earn his own TDs since he never gets the 3 yd TDs. That being said he will rack up more yards than Ricky but I think that Ricky will have at least one TD. | Hanger-On Registered: Jun. 01 | Sounds like a nice problem to have. Dunn's a great pick (assuming you got him after the 8th round), but he'll split some time with Alstott. By the end of the year, Bennett may be the man, but it's to early to put him in the starting role. Go with Williams. He's the go to guy in NO and you know he'll get plenty of touches. My question to you... Do you start Brett Favvvvre or Aarron Brooks. One is a tough and wiley vetran without much support, or a young gun with a lot of weapons. Tough choice. Good luck Deek. | O&A Board Regular Registered: Jan. 01 | i have that same problem (if you can even call it that), Zoloft. i'm going with favre, for this week at least, because he's playing detroit and he usually does well against them. whereas brooks is going up against a tough buffalo secondary. by the end of the season though, i anticipate brooks being my starter. and i got dunn in the 11th round and bennett in the 12th. | ||||

| O&A Board Regular Registered: Jan. 01 | there's eight teams in my league. i got james and williams in the first two rounds, and suprisingly dunn and bennett were still around in the 11th and 12th rounds. i guess i lucked out. | ||||
