Psychopath Registered: Jul. 01 | It seems that Roger Clemens has been given the nod to start game 5 tonight. Would you rather see him out there on the mound or Pettitte? Just a poll for fun :) If I seem a little scattered There's an empty space where something used to beat I'm definately shattered Like some stupid piece of china How pathetic of me This message was edited by Psycho Bitch on 10-16-01 @ 4:24 AM

O&A Board Regular Registered: Jan. 01 | Pettitte without a doubt....although he didn't the win, it certainly wasn't his pitching that lead to the loss. I have confidence in Pettitte and Clemens has yet another mystery ailment... Anyone else dreading the game? Hanger-On Registered: Jan. 70 | I am just a bitter fuck when it concerns Clemens. I don't give a shit if he won 40 games for us, he is still a Red Sox in my book. I wish horible things on this man and his family. The only thing that brings me a little joy about clemens and that douche Boggs is that the two greatest Red Sox players of our era had to come here to get a ring and validate their careers.

O&A Board Regular Registered: Oct. 00 | I have every bit of confidence in Clemens. For godsakes he went 20-3 this year. He was the Yankees best pitcher in last year's postseason. You go with what got you hear. If Clemens looks like he does not have it, you have Pettite, Mendoza and Hitchcock in the pen immediately.

O&A Board Regular Registered: Jan. 01 | i have confidence in the Rocket. i'm a little worried about the guy on the mound for the other team however. the yankees better hope their hot hitting continues into tonight, or they'll have a hell of a time trying to score some runs against a guy like mulder.

Psychopath Registered: Jul. 01 | I have the utmost confidence in Clemens, when he's healthy but right now I'm not sure that he is. Pettitte is 100% and ready to throw, I'd feel a lot better if he were out there tonight. Psychopath Registered: Jun. 01 | I would feel more comfortable with pettitte starting, even with only 3 days rest. Seems like Clemens can't win against the A's, or in pressure situations.... THERE'S ALWAYS ROOM FOR BIG HUGE JUGS OF MILK!!!
