| Real Madrid look to cruise through the group stages. They are the club to beat this year.
Barcelona will get through as well, but keeping their world-class players focused on La Liga and the CL may prove to be too difficult.
Man United will get through as well, despite getting a last-minute draw against Nantes tonight. Arsenal still have a tough road to travel to move on, and Liverpool appear to be on their way out.
Group D has all 4 clubs - Juventus, Arsenal, Bayer Leverkusen, Deportivo la Coruna - at four points after 3 games played.
Surprises so far: Panathinaikos and Galatasaray.

| It really hurt to see Juve piss away 3 points the other day against deportiva. They had 2 golden chances that should have been put home thus taking the full 3 points. Del Piero is the epitome of a "Jeckyll and Hyde" player. He looked so good against the U.S. last week in Italy's win over the Americans but missed a penalty kick on tuesday that would have won the game. He looks really good one minute and bad the next. He better turn it up at the World Cup this year. If he does Italy will be one of the teams to beat
Sometimes we can choose the path we follow. Sometimes our choices are made for us. And sometimes we have no choice at all.

| Champion's League results for Tuesday, Feb. 26:
- Bayern Munich 1 - 0 Boavista
- Manchester Utd 5 - 1 Nantes: Ahh, that's more like it. After a scare last week (draw) against Nantes, the Red Devils roll on.
- Galatasaray 1 - 1 Liverpool: Emile Heskey saves the day for the Mereysiders who travelled to "hell" AKA Galatasaray in Instanbul, Turkey. If you think the Brits take their "footie" serious, catch this Turkish side's supporters in action. Look for a classic in the return match. ESPN might even broadcast it live on ESPN2.
- AS Roma 3 - 0 Barcelona: the glamour tie of the day turns into a disaster for one of the elites in European club football.
