 | I received the following email from one of the owners, suggesting that I change the league settings to increase the number of UT slots (thus increasing the number of active hitters, and decreasing the number of players on the bench), and decrease the number of DL slots. I'm submitting this to the owners for a vote. Please email me with your vote and I will make a final decision.

Tyner who is a poor starter due to awful power
numbers, but his SB would be a valuable asset as an
extra Util).
