| O&A Board Regular Registered: Jan. 01 | Poor Vancouver Canucks. They don't stand a snowballs chance in hell in that series. Imagine if they do find a way to win though. It would definitely be considered one of the biggest upsets in sports history.

| O&A Board Regular Registered: Aug. 00 | I actually think the Canucks have a shot, depending on how Cloutier plays (a big if). They have the highest scoring team in the league, and although the Wings had an incredible regular season, they haven't played a meaningful game in a while and it could take a few games to get back into the swing of things, especially for Hasek... and if that's the case, after those few games it may already be too late. | O&A Board Regular Registered: Aug. 01 | I have noticed that the heavy favorite usually loses in the first round. I mean the Oilers beat the Stars in 97 was it? and they beat the Avalanche in 98. The Sharks beat the Flames and the Wings and the Blues. Don't underestimate the Canucks this year. I only think that the Canucks will fall because Cloutier has 4 games in playoff experience. And there's alot off pressure on his shoulders. Has anyone else ever watched CBC's coverage of the playoffs? Fucking amazing, I love satellite :-D | ||||

They're firing on all cylinders right now and are totally psyched with the return of Koivu. Also, Theodore is hot, and I think he can outduel Dafoe over the series. It'll just be up to whether or not Thornton and Guerin and crew can get the Bruins's offense going. If Theodore can hold them in check, then the Habs might have a shot. Gotta love the playoffs! If you win the playoffs, you get your name engraved on that trophy, and you get lots of money from your GM, not like any of the Rangers need it, that's why most teams want to get to the playoffs. And maybe because of a childhood dream but who cares about that...lol | ||||
