O&A Board Regular Registered: Dec. 00	Well if the Championship Game between Duke and Arizona is what as good as it should be, that would give this NCAA Tournament exactly that- ONE SHINING MOMENT. Their was some nice upsets like Hampton in the First Round, but after that, this Tournament Has sucked. Especially the Sweet 16 on, Not ONE game was decided in the last 2 minutes.
