| O&A Board Regular Registered: Dec. 00  | EASTERN CONFERENCE #1 New Jersey Devils vs. #8 Carolina Hurricanes #2 Ottawa Senators vs. #7 Toronto Mapleleafs #3 Washington Capitals vs. #6 Pittsburgh Penguins #4 Philadelphia Flyers vs. #5 Buffalo Sabres WESTERN CONFERENCE #1 Colorado Avalanche vs. #8 Vancouver Canucks #2 Detroit Redwings vs. #7 Los Angeles Kings #3 Dallas Stars vs. #6 Edmonton Oilers #4 St. Louis Blues vs. #5 San Jose Sharks NOTE- 6 of the 8 First Round Series' are Rematches from last Year's First Round, which is quite amazing. The only 2 series' that arent rematches from a year ago, are Devils-Hurricanes, and Avalanche-Canucks. Had Phoenix beat out Vancouver for the #8 seed, that would of made another playoff rematch, leaving the Devils-Canes as the series not a rematch. Also, Pittsburgh and Washington are meeting for like the 7th time in the last 11 years in the Playoffs. And Edmonton and Dallas are meeting for like the 5th year in a row.  | ||||

| O&A Board Regular Registered: Oct. 00 | Well, we could be looking at a second round matchup between the Flyers and the Devils, and as much as I hate to think of my beloved Flyers getting spanked by the Devils yet again, they are usually great series when the two get together. Devils fans have to be a little worried about the possibilities of meeting the Penguins in the second round though, you always have to be nervous when a team has a legenary veteran like Mario, and a superstar like Jagr. | Psychopath Registered: Mar. 01 | The Flyers-Sabres series should be good. Leclair and Hasek. And even without Lindros, the Flyers always happen to turn it on durin the playoffs. yea i know, cheap way to get posts, but what would u do with the amount of posts i have?
