| O&A Board Regular Registered: Dec. 00 | God Colorado Blew It! What the hell was Roy doing on that 2nd Goal? Could he have been a little more nonchalant with the puck? I saw the 3rd Period after work, And It was 105% all Devils, and it goes to show that the Devils are unstoppable when they are playing their game. And Colorado blew a big oppurtunity here. 1 goal lead, 1 period to go, and now the series is tied and the Devils have the momentum. Go Lanche. They played well, and when they do they win, when it looks like they want to be there they win. And whoever said about the AVS having the Home Ice. Trust me, it doesn't matter. | O&A Board Veteran Registered: Jan. 01 | Well they split the series so far. Looks like either team can win on the road, so there goes your home ice advantage theory. Looking at who wants this cup more seems to be the Aves because of the intensity they have played all 12 periods of hockey but the 3rd period of game 4. | O&A Board Regular Registered: Feb. 01 | Have u guys been listnin to the commentators anymore? They have been sayin the whole playoffs that "home ice advantage" isnt a factor anymore. This game has truend into to a game of strategey and thinking. I mean look what happened to Jagr in the Pens series, they had homeice adavantage and look what happened they lost. Even happpened to the Devils in game 3 of this series, home ice isnt a factor anymore unless the crowd is constantly rockin the place the whole time. Oh and another thing. Jewdown did u see the hit Stevens laid on Sakic? for those of u that didnt, it was fuckin beautiful. Oh and also the hits Holik was puttin on theAvs durin second and third period. He put a few guys into their own bench. All in all it was a good hockey game. Now it goes to Colorado, where the Devils are gonna tear it up. LETS GO DEVILS!! IF U WANNA DINE WITH THE DEVIL, UR GONNA NEED A LONG SPOON!! | ||||

| O&A Board Regular Registered: Oct. 00 | Tequila you couldn't be further off. The Devils killed the AVS last night, for everything but 5 minutes. The only reason it was even a game was because of the play of Roy and the play, and lack thereof by Marty. In game two, it was the same. Except for the lucky break the AVS got in game two, i.e. cluster F goal, they didn't at all outplay the DEvils in that game. | ||||

To all of you ASS-F's who don't think that the Devils totally dominated last night game, explain to me why the AVS only had 4 shots on goal in each period. Despite Marty's flaws (he's been looking like swiss cheese) their defence was outstanding lastnight. He has to singlehandedly change the momentum of the game, and just hasn't done it this post season. It is ridiculous, but Marty has not been a money goalie this year. Which is amazing considering the situation they are in. | ||||
