Instead of paying all that money for one player that has not improved the team, they could have gone out and gotten 3 solid pitchers. Still one spot open! | O&A Board Regular Registered: Oct. 00 | Umm...at least Griffey took 30-40% less than his market value to play on the team he wanted. If the Reds suck, it is clearly not his fault, as he gave the Reds plenty of room to sign quality pitchers and improve overall. Don't compare Griffey and A-Rod. Thanks.
