Psychopath Registered: Sep. 00	I'm on my way to the Yankee/Met game in a few hours and I have a question I hope you guys can help me with. Last time I was at Shea (In '97) my buddy and I brought a backpack full of beers in and the security did not care. Is that still possible today, or will they make us dump them?

Psychopath Registered: Oct. 00	They usually won't check your bag. The ticket collectors are very old and don't give a shit. I think some people understand that $5.50 is just too much for beer. O&A Board Regular Registered: Sep. 00	they will most likely check. 4 example- i went 2 the yankee and a's game and they didnt check, but when i went 2 the yankee and sox game they checked.. be careful "i hate people that dont get it!"

Psychopath Registered: Sep. 00	We got a bag full of 40s in. But only because we waited for the couple of guys who were patting the bags to be occupied, and we slipped past. So no I dont think they allow it, but its not such a challenge to get beers in.
