Also, what are citronella bark collars? I never heard of them. Would I be able to find them in a regular pet store, or is it something that would have to be special ordered? **EDIT** I just looked it up at PetSmart...interesting. I may have to try it. Does it keep mosquitos away as an added bonus? **EDIT AGAIN** Shit...just went back and looked at the price. They're $99.99 each and the refills are $9.99. With 2 dogs, I think I'll just deal with the barking. I don't need to be friendly with my neighbors anyway.
