D.C. drivers are worse than any in the country. Jersey is fine, especially in North Jersey. Everyone is in the same rush, so if people die on slick roads, who cares, hose 'em off, keep it moving....

The best thing about DC is the high occupancy vehicle lane on 95. I was flying at about 80 on a sunday giving everyone stuck in the traffic jam the finger.
