I'd like to own a web design/advertising/production firm. My friends all have the skills that fit the pieces of the puzzle. They just lack the vision and motivation. I lack the funds.

i do web design and production on the side and i'm always looking for talented people to pick up the slack. i often need specialized graphics people (flash also) and programmers (asp, cold fusion, javascript). let me know if anyone here is interested.
i wonder if rooner actually works for my company.
i love my job and i make an obscene amount of money but i wish it was closer to home, i have a long commute.
