Awful. There's far more awful songs out there - obviously some of the ones named, but where the fuck are the Wilson Phillips songs? Where's Dave Matthews' pieces of shit? What about a few numbers from Collective Soul?
Plus, there's only five or six selections on that list from female artists - totally biased. How about some of Ani DiFranco's over-feminized pussy songs? There's only one song each from Whitney Houston and Celine Dion - shit, most of their catalogs should be up there. And how about that god awful song "Just A Girl" - that at least seems like it would fit right in with this brainless concoction.
It seems like the writers just took a sheet of paper, wiped their ass with it, and put it out as a list. But then, I guess that status quo as far as lists go. . .
On a related matter, during a pretty heavy acid trip in college my buddy and I broke down the lyrics to "We Built This City," and it made perfect sense.
