Minor League Baseball trip - BITENY - 06-21-2004 I live in Brooklyn and have yet to go to a Cyclones game. Staten Island is too far, yet I'd wanna go to one of their games. Minor League Baseball trip - Roop - 06-21-2004 I love going to minor league games, I haven't been to Coney Island but I was fortunate enough to see a game in Staten Island before 9/11 and that view was incredible. Minor League Baseball trip - JimmyBlueEyes - 06-21-2004 Once we get a consensus on where we're going, I'll start looking for tickets. I am not involving my family in this one. Too tired of the BS and certain members of the family showing up late or not at all. While I like the idea of heading into Jersey, I'm not sure it's going to be feasible for some. I will post a poll soon and see where people want to go. Keyspan Park in Brooklyn is accesible by Subway and bus. The ballpark in SI is right by the ferry. I think the Queens Kings became the Cyclones. Not sure about that. There are also the Long Island Ducks who play out in Islip. |
