Best way to commit murder?
Plot down a person's tendacies and where they are most likely to be.
Decide on one and destroy any documentation.
Get in your car 90 minutes before you have decided where they will be a pedestrian.
Drink just enough to make yourself legally drunk.
Hit them with your car, driving just over the speed limit.
Chug a beer in the car quickly and throw the can in the passenger feet well.
Call the cops telling them that you just hit someone.
You will get arrested for DWI and maybe 3rd degree involuntary manslaughter:
18 months and 36 months of parole.

Cop mentioned on tv, the best way to kill someone was driving drunk. It wouldn't be concidered murder....... you just have to hide any evidence that it was planned. A whole hell lot better than getting members of your satanic cult carve the living shit out of some one and then handing over the body in a tarp when you go fishing.....
