I think you just have to want it enough to keep going. I go because I know I'll feel awesome when I'm done, and I know I'll feel miserable if I don't do it. And that vain part of me makes me go on the days I don't care about how I feel. Big Grin

any other slogans I could use while engaging in the workout - to help me stay focused?

Also, just wondering - Do you find it at all beneficial to piss yourself off for that added adrenaline boost? just thinking "anger" as you lift and do the crunches and such?

Anger doesn't hurt, but it's not necessary. I believe in music, fuck talking to other people and listening to the music the gym chooses, get some great tunes that motivate you.
