I have been doing the crest strips,
I had them on during my commute today,
I took them off half way,
then realized I didn't have a tissue or napkin to wipe off the residue,
which I eventually swallowed,

My ex has been wearing whitening things at the office for a half hour a day (they firt around his teeth, kind of like a mouth guard) He got them from the dentist. They worked, but the results didn't last very long, and this is the second time he's trying it. I think you're wasting your time so perhaps you should work on your sparkling personality.

Ever try the coffee drinker toothpaste? I have relatively white teeth, especially given the I smoke and drink coffee. Part of it is genetics. And I brush my teeth obsessively.
