Go with boca burgers definatley the best. try the chick patties they rock. I think morning star farms has more fat in them compared to boca. Also eat smaller meals than usual but eat more often to keep your metabolism in high gear. consider using bread instead of buns for your veggied birgers too I've found that they taste better that way.

No wonder you're a toothpick.

I could reccommend the diet book I owe my success too, if you were a woman.

Which is?

Written by lawyer in LA, it's a diet for smart empowered women. The premise is, you're in charge of your household, and at your job, why can't you use the same skills to be in control of your weight?

Try the Chicken by the sea diet.

Dolphin safe of course.

I am trying to get on a health kick here, loosely translated I want to lose about 40 pounds, maybe more. I tried out some soy based bratwurst today. The most awful thing I have ever tasted. Ketchup couldn't save this stuff. Why is it that stuff that is supposedly good for you, because it's all organic and stuff tastes like wet cardboard??

Honestly, eliminate as much processed foods, especially white flour and sugar, as possible. Also, don't shirk away from fats. A healthy diet should be 40-30-30. A low fat diet consumes more carbs which are more easily turned into body fat. Fat gives you a more filled up feeling and you only digest 1/4 of the calories.... it's colon lubricant. Can you eat a pound of cookies/crackers, sure. A pound of butter/cheese, no.

that reminds me of a horrible joke I read this morning. First one to guess the answer gets a cookie:

What do you use to circumsize a dolphin?
