worthwhile distractions to help you avoid this person. Gotta push'em out while you deal with having to de-program yourself...it stinks to force yourself to do such a thing but it seems like you have no choice...

get together with some friends, pick up a good book...roll a fatty, drink a few down...whatever it takes to get your mind off of him.
