Personally, pregnant women don't do a thing for me, but I know my husband thought I was hot as hell when I was pregnant. I only gained about 22 lbs. each time, and most of that weight seemed to be in my boobs. Ah, that was a wonderful thing, I actually woke up in the middle of the night, and I swear my boobs had grown 2 sizes since I fell asleep. But, I have to say that except for the boob factor, I didn't feel very sexy.

Didn't have that problem. Actually, I had zero side effects from pregnancy except for the big boobs. Being pregnant was a cake walk compared to actually taking care of the baby once it was born.

Actually, I thought my boobs were awesome when I was pregnant, they were only painful after I gave birth and the milk came in. Ick. But, after all was said and done, they shrunk to less than pre-pregnancy size. If I have more kids, I'll wind up with innies
