At a fatty 300 lbs I'm no advocate of weight loss but what I did realize from this bypass was you can eat most of the things you want just in moderation. Either 2 or 3 regular sized meals or 5 small meals a day. Depends on the day for me. And exercise is anything that gets your heart going. Jumping jacks, sex, hell running in place as long as it's for a sustained period of time regularly throughout the week. Any of this diet guru bullshit is just that, bull shit. And the reason I haven't taken off the 50lbs more that I want to get rid of is because I'm lazy and I don't exercise.

that reminds me of a horrible joke I read this morning. First one to guess the answer gets a cookie:

What do you use to circumsize a dolphin?

Kick Tenbats in the chin?

no one else wants to play along? should I just give up the answer?

Go with boca burgers definatley the best. try the chick patties they rock. I think morning star farms has more fat in them compared to boca. Also eat smaller meals than usual but eat more often to keep your metabolism in high gear. consider using bread instead of buns for your veggied birgers too I've found that they taste better that way.

No wonder you're a toothpick.

But I'm a sexy toothpick Bite, a sexy one I say.

fuck soy bratwurst. that's repulsive. Do atkins. I lost 20 lb in about a month and a half and my father and bf both lost about 40 lb each in about 3 months. easiest "diet" in the entire fucking world and it works. The website. Read it. and no, it's not all bacon and steak and it's not bad for your kidneys.

It's bad for your kidneys if your family has a predisposition for kidney problems. People with kidney problems are advised to eat a LOW protein diet.
