You're talking about Rooner and Header, right? Because I haven't paid attention to anything you have said yet. The Excel quip just caught my eye because many many many technophobic senior staff put everything in it, especially contact information which would be more effective if it was stored in Outlook.

I have yet to find a useful application for excel. I got in a debate with my boss about putting together an address book in excel. I said it should be in outlook (mainly to hide my lack of knowledge of excel) we have since forgotten the whole thing and left it in it's acient form in Word.
